Prophecies/Profecias

     Have you ever wished you could have lived in the days when you could plainly see prophesies being fulfilled? Surprise !! We do!! They are!! I would like to share one that has really hit home with me lately as I hear the news and what is going on around us. From the Book of Mormon in 2 Nephi chapter 15 verses 20-23! "Wo unto them that call evil good, and good evil, that put darkness for light, and light for darkness, that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter. Wo unto the wise in their own eyes and the prudent in their own sight! Wo unto the mighty to drink wine and the men of strength to mingle strong drink; Who justify the wicked for reward, and take away the righteousness of the righteous from him." Sound familiar? Can't be any plainer than what is going on around us every day!! Granted this is not a happy prophecy, but having been warned we can keep our eyes open and not fall for the wolf in sheep's clothing. We can stand strong and true to our testimonies of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ no matter how tough it gets, especially if we stand united. And as we stand as one, united in love and faith, greater and happier prophesies will be fulfilled in our behalf.

     Has deseado alguna vez haber vivido en los días en que pudiste ver claramente que se cumplían las profecías? Sorpresa!! Así vivimos!! Se están cumpliendo!! Me gustaría compartir uno que realmente me ha impactado últimamente al escuchar las noticias y lo que esta sucediendo a nuestro alrededor. Del Libro de Mormón en 2 Nefi capitulo 15 versículos 20-23! "Ay de los que a lo malo llaman bueno, y a lo bueno malo; que ponen tinieblas por luz, y luz por tinieblas; que ponen lo amargo por dulce, y lo dulce por amargo! Ay do los que son sabios a sus propios ojos, y prudentes delante de si mismos! Ay de los que son valientes para beber vino, y varones fuertes para mezclar licores; que justifican al inicuo por cohecho, y quitan al justo su rectitud!" Suena familiar? No puede ser mas claro de lo que pasa a nuestro alrededor cada día! Claro esta que esta no es un profecía feliz, pero habiendo sido advertidos podemos mantener los ojos abiertos y no caer en la trampa del lobo con piel de oveja. Podemos mantenernos firmes  y fieles a nuestros testimonios de nuestro Senor y Salvador Jesucristo, sin importar lo difícil que se ponga, en especial si nos mantenemos unidos. Y si permanecemos como uno, unidos en amor y fe, se cumplirán profecías mayores y mas felices en nuestro favor.
