Thankful for . . .
I feel so very thankful for so many things that I feel the need to express it a bit here on my blog. I think what made me reawaken myself to being thankful for so many things was the wonderful rain storm we had Friday and Saturday. I know many of us have fasted and prayed for added moisture and as it rained and I would look out and see it, my heart felt so deeply grateful to the Lord for this blessing. Then I got to thinking of all the other blessings He bestows upon me and felt even more thankful. We all receive blessings from Him, large and small, and sometimes we recognize them and thank Him for them, but sometimes we don't. I know there are probably some I just take for granted and think it's just part of life, but in reality all things in life can be and are a blessing in so many ways. Even our trials are blessings in their own way, although I know that most of the time we don't or can't see how they are a blessing until we get through them and look back. That...
