Tis Two Weeks . . .Almost

Tis almost two weeks before Christmas and all through the land

How many people are giving a hand,

To help one another feel the true Christmas spirit,

Leaving no one out, even those, who may sadly fear it!

We should all be aware of what this time of year means

With all the love of so many Christmas scenes!

But do we in our hearts truly feel His love

And seek for the peace of that spiritual dove?

Yes, let's enjoy the wonderful things like, decorations, presents, and song,

But, please, let's not forget the real meaning behind it all along

Is the love of God who sent His Son as a tiny young soul

To help make sure that He could fill our own souls full.

That little soul grew into our our example of perfection

So that we each could choose to follow Him without exception.

And so as that lovely Christmas event draws nearer each day

Let the love we share with others be our true and eternal pay!!!
