The Purpose/El Propósito

      One method I have to study the scriptures is to ask questions about what I study. One of the first questions I ask is "What was the purpose of this?". Clearly the answers I get are not set in stone and are mainly me coming to some sort of conclusion that can help me understand what I read a bit more clearly. So I thought on days when my brain can't seem to come up with a more interesting subject, I would share  some of the answers I come up with during these study times. So today I would like to share my answer to the above question for the first chapter of Genesis in the Bible. I came up with 4 purposes for this chapter's content. Again, these are just my own personal thoughts.  The first one seemed to be the fact that the Lord wanted to share with us His begining creations! Maybe He thought doing so would help us appreciate them more. Second, along those same lines, was sharing with us His creation of Adam and Eve themselves. Being able to read about all of God's work in creating everything INCLUDING Adam and Eve,  strengthened the idea that each part of the creation and the things created were done with a purpose. I do not believe that the Lord was just bored and so He started throwing things together. Granted there are some pretty strange critters that make us wonder some times, but each and every creation has its purpose in this life and we need to respect that!! Also after all of this work, the Lord rested from His labors. The Lord knows and honors the Sabbath Day just like He has asked us to do. That also confirms to me that He does not ask us to do anything that He Himself is not willing to do. So there you have it! Any thoughts you would like to share? Any questions?      Una manera que tengo de estudiar las escrituras es hacer preguntas de lo que estudio. Uno de las primeras preguntas que pregunto es "Que es el propósito de eso?". Por supuesto, las respuestas que me viene a la mente no son fijos  y mayormente son mi manera de llegar a una conclusión que me ayuda a entender mejor lo que he leído. Así pensé en los días que mi celebro no puede pensar en algo mas interesante, compartiré algunas de mis respuestas que viene durante mis estudios. Entonces hoy voy a compartir mis respuestas de la pregunta arriba, del primer capitulo de Génesis en la Biblia. Llegue a 4 propósitos del contenido de este capitulo. Otra vez, date cuenta que solo son mis propios pensamientos. La primera para mi parece el hecho de que el Senor quiere compartir con nosotros Sus primeras creaciones.  Tal vez El pensaba en hacerlo así nos ayudaría a apreciarlos mas. Segundo, en esta misma categoría de compartir su creación de Adán y Eva mismos. El poder de leer en cuanto a la obra de Dios en crear todo INCLUYENDO Adán y Eva, fortalece la idea de que cada parte de la creación y las cosas que creo  fueron hecho con un propósito. Yo no creo que Dios solo estaba aburrido y empezó a crear cosas sin sentido. Bueno, es cierto que hay algunos criaturas que nos hace pensarlo a veces, pero cada creación tiene su propósito en la vida y tenemos que respetarlos!! También después de todo el trabajo el Senor descanso de Sus obras. El Senor sabe y honra el Día de Reposo tal como El pide a nosotros hacerlo. Eso me confirme bien claro que El no nos pide hacer nada sin que El mismo lo hará. Pues, así lo es. Tienes algún pensamiento? Preguntas?
