Another "Nature" Boundary

Last week we discussed the positivity of fire within set boundaries as well as some of its destruction when those boundaries are defied. This week let's discuss another of nature's elements: WATER!!

Can any life on this earth live without water? So water is even more essential than fire because if you stop and think about it, all the uses of fire just add to make life easier for us because we COULD eat everything we eat raw and somehow we COULD survive cold without it, but water? No living thing on this earth can continue to survive without it! So water is a VERY good thing for every life on earth. Who does not enjoy a cool glass of water on a hot day, a cleansing shower after a sweaty work day, soaking sore muscles in a bathtub of hot water, the many foods that require water to cook them, the joy of rain to keep gardens growing in order to receive food and on and on we could go!! Or who doesn't enjoy the beautiful waves of water on the beach, the vista of a gentle blue lake, or riding a boat down the river to perhaps catch some fish? All of those wonderful things are when water is kept within its boundaries and we are ever so grateful for them.

But what happens to this wonderful element when it defies its boundaries? How many lives are destroyed when those waves from the beach rage against the land and  wipe out whole towns? And those rivers that wildly flood the lands around them, taking, homes, land and lives with them? The destruction many times cannot be reversed because the water pulls land back with it, even after it has returned to its boundaries,

So once again, we can see that set boundaries with natural elements are good and positive. Something that we are so grateful for. But again, when boundaries are defied, death, destruction, pain, sorrow and fear follow in their wake.
